  • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 dash hot sauce (like Tabasco)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Stir well.
  3. Taste and adjust the horseradish to your preference — start with 2 tablespoons and add more if you want more heat.
  4. Serve immediately with shrimp, or cover and refrigerate for up to 1 week.

Tips

  • Use prepared horseradish from a jar, not horseradish cream sauce — they are different products.
